Our Story
Rialto was founded in 1994 by Chef Marco Rossi, who trained in Bologna before bringing his family recipes to Tampa. Every dish is made from scratch using imported Italian ingredients and local Gulf seafood.
We believe in the Italian philosophy of dining — unhurried, convivial, and built around the table. Whether you're celebrating a milestone or simply enjoying Tuesday, you're always welcome here.
